Brooke & Steven
Brooke and Steven have that perfect way of making you feel like family. Their wedding day had that perfect way of making you laugh and cry all at once. And their story holds true to the ever so perfect saying, “absence makes the heart grow fonder”. After meeting in Australia and spending much time apart, they were married this past September. I had the incredible privilege of shooting...

Laura & Jamie
Laura and Jamie’s wedding took place at the Ancaster Old Mill. The day was absolutely breath-taking and beautiful, more than fitting to the kind of people Laura, Jamie and their family are - beautiful people. I feel more than privileged to have been apart of their day and I’m thrilled to be sharing a little glimpse of it with you. Then off to the...

Katie & Jeff
Jeff always seems to bring the best out in Katie… and Katie, she just adores him. I am thrilled and so very thankful to be apart of their special day this summer. Oh and I promise you, this location had to be one of the most gorgeous places on earth. It had one of all my favourites. These past few weeks have all too quickly gone by but I’ve had the chance to fill them with so many beautiful people and as a result, photographs. I love and am entirely grateful for where I am right now but the idea of where I want to one day be, I really do love so much more. So the chance for a new opportunity, a new technique to learn, I’ll covet. A few weeks ago I got to do...

Erin & Samara - Coming Soon.
Last Friday I had the chance to photograph two absolutely gorgeous girls, Erin and Samara. Here is Samara, in what turned out as one of my favourite photographs. Isn’t she beautiful? Really. I can promise the rest of the photos very soon.

There’s something maternity pictures hold on to, that no other pictures do: expectancy. Expectancy for the beauty in the simplest of pleasures and wonder in the tiniest of things. All the first smiles and laughs, thoughtful expressions and sideways grins. The expectancy for all the love their first baby boy will bring…

Just like Him, just as He did.
Their clothes are tattered and they walk barefoot. They’re covered in dirt and surrounded by sickness. Some of their homes are nothing more than mud and wood and they spend night after night on the cold ground. At first, the sadness can seem almost unbearable, the problems unsolvable and the wounds unhealable. But they’re not. I envy these people. Many go hungry and many may go...
